The Bible never mentions cremation. The word does not appear in the World English Bible or the King James Version, while forms of bury and burial appear 165 times in 148 verses of the WEB. Burial is how the Bible's people lay their dead to rest, from Sarah (Genesis 23:19) to Jesus (John 19:40-42). The one clear account of bodies being burned is in 1 Samuel 31:12, where the men of Jabesh Gilead burned the bodies of Saul and his sons and then buried their bones, and David blessed them for that kindness (2 Samuel 2:4-5). Nothing in Scripture ties the resurrection to the condition of the body: Revelation 20:13 says even the sea gives up its dead. Churches differ on the question, so the verses below are the ones that bear on it.

The Bible does not call cremation a sin and does not forbid it. No verse in the WEB or KJV mentions it. Christians who prefer burial point to the pattern of Scripture, from Abraham's tomb to the burial of Jesus. Christians who accept cremation point to 1 Samuel 31:12 and to the fact that the resurrection is God's work on the dead, however the body was laid to rest (Revelation 20:13).
Scripture gives no sign that it does. Paul says the body is sown perishable and raised imperishable (1 Corinthians 15:42-44), and Revelation 20:13 says the sea gave up the dead in it. Bodies lost at sea, in fire or in war are in the same position as any other, and God raises them.
The closest case is Saul and his sons. After the battle on Mount Gilboa the men of Jabesh Gilead took their bodies, burned them, and buried the bones under a tree (1 Samuel 31:11-13). David later blessed those men for the kindness (2 Samuel 2:4-5). Amos 6:10 also mentions a relative who burns bodies in a household struck by judgment.
Churches differ. The Catholic Church has allowed cremation since 1963 and asks that the ashes be buried or entombed, not scattered. Orthodox churches have generally preferred burial. Many Protestant churches leave the choice to the family. Ask your own pastor or priest if the question is a live one for your family.
